Launched in 1996, Team RE/MAX Racing made history by making RE/MAX the first real estate
organization in the world to establish and sponsor a car and crew in professional motor sports.
An avid NASCAR fan, himself, RE/MAX Founder and Chairman, Dave Liniger, surprised no one when he took to
the oval after sizing up motor sports. As it turns out, the world's fastest-growing spectator sport has
been an ideal vehicle for furthering RE/MAX brand awareness.
